The Brinckerduyn resort is located in the direct vicinity of the Drents-Friese World National Park (Appelscha) surrounded by wandering dunes and heathland at the heart of Fresia’s natural world. The resort comprises 34 holiday homes that were built in partnership with the Dutch company Unbrick. Brinckerduyn offers everything for its visitors to zone out in a pure natural setting and is especially popular with lovers of sport, tranquility, and nature. The luxurious holiday villas of the Brinckerduyn resort promise state-of-the-art comfort in a natural atmosphere. All villas have a private sauna – and some even boast their own swimming pool. Brinckerduyn offers a range of house sizes for two to six guests, making the resort ideal for family holidays. The houses are all fitted out with smart functions such as an intelligent lighting system for maximum comfort. Sophisticated innovations, for example sun collectors, ensure optimum energy efficiency. In fact, the climate-friendly systems generate more electricity than the houses consume.

The bathrooms of the premium holiday homes are all equipped with high-quality Duravit sanitary products, while the daylight windows that extend across the entire room lend them a light and airy impression. Depending on the floor plan, which varies from house to house, they offer a pleasant level of comfort with flush-mounted shower trays from the Tempano collection or bathtubs designed by Philippe Starck. Tailor-made bathroom furniture with a refined wooden surface harmonizes perfectly with the classical, rectangular above-counter basins from the Vero range. The extra-wide basins are fitted with two faucets so that two people can easily use the bathroom at the same time. The minimalist toilet from the D-Neo series by Bertrand Lejoly is a perfect match and complements the harmonious furniture.

The holiday homes impress with their minimalistic exterior design, whose wooden paneling blends seamlessly into the landscape. Each of the luxury holiday homes is deceptively spacious despite their small floor plan and guarantees their guests a comfortable stay. The furnishings in the elegant and minimalistic Japandi style and the selection of a natural color scheme in brown and green shades convey calmness and serenity. A range of wood types, organic objects, and sustainable designer furniture lend a contemporary flair to the accommodation.
