On February 1, he will join the company's Executive Board as Chief Transformation & People Officer (CTPO). In this new role, he will be responsible for transformation, organization, and human resources at the highest level. Duravit AG is thus pooling key competencies in order to consistently drive forward the strategic development of the company and anchor change in the long term.

Michael Demmer brings with him many years of international management and leadership experience. In his previous positions, his focus was on the further development of organizations and successful leadership in dynamic market conditions.
